To anticipate and exceed market expectations while generating profitability so as to enable sustainable growth and development of the company and its members.

At first there was a dream. That's how PLA began its activities as a farm equipment manufacturer and with a firm conviction: to apply cutting-edge technology. With research as the main tool and great vision of the future, JCP carried out his project and developed innovative prototypes, setting a trend which continues to-date and establishing a process.

The high quality standards achieved and the permanent participation in international congresses propelled the profile of PLA products to go beyond national borders, achieving a specialized development in agrochemicals application. This entailed, as a consequence, the study of different productive regions and their specific needs, which led to the development of PLA machines specially designed for each crop, optimizing their functions and minimizing ground erosion.

The determination and emphasis placed by Juan Carlos Pla in his work is still alive in the spirit of the organization, respecting design, researching intelligently and continuously applying cutting-edge technology. And because of that initial dream, we can foresee a horizon of constant evolution.

Since the beginning of 2006 PLA keeps a policy of joint ventures in conjunction with leader companies in different sectors, both from national and international markets.

These alliances aim at achieving mutual gains by generating more and better resources for agribusiness companies, opening new markets and backed by renowned brands. In the same way, this joint work allows the development of better technological performance and furthermore, the production of specific prototypes for each crop and region, constantly evolving with technology applied to the agricultural sector. These alliances support our evolution as a company and are an essential component of our work philosophy, allowing us to maintain a continuous commitment in terms of product quality and reliability and building our way into new international markets.

Important companies have chosen the same path, and we keep generating contacs with new firms that show interest in develop a joint venture, respecting the specific activity of each company.
